Consultation
Our first chat, to discuss where you are in your journey. Here we discuss your current health, fitness experience and if you are a suitable candidate for my coaching abilities.
I won't take on clients unless they are in a place where they can commit to a basic training regime.
I keep my client book small and manageable in order to offer the best experience for everybody on the team.
Online Personal Coaching

1:1 Long Covid CFS Coaching (currently unavailable)
For absolute beginners, or people who need that little extra support and accountability.
Assessment
This takes place in your own home or a gym
environment. I will assess your current baseline, with some basic exercises to establish a plan for you.
Coaching
This is all done via the app, with everything included in online personal coaching.
1:1 is strictly limited to 4 clients per week due to my own availability. My books are currently full for 1:1
